Individual Counseling

I offer virtual one on one sessions that are tailored to address the unique needs of each client. Beyond nutrition advice, my approach considers psychological and emotional aspects in guiding clients towards balanced nourishment. I am experienced in providing support for nutrition related concerns including:

  • Chronic yo-yo dieting

  • Eating disorders

  • Disordered eating

  • Body Image concerns

  • General health & wellness

Workshops

I offer both virtual and in person workshops that are interactive and informative. I provide tools and practical strategies for making conscious and satisfying food choices while promoting a sustainable and balanced approach to nutrition. I am skilled in offering group courses on a number of topics including:

  • Intuitive Eating

  • Mindful Eating

  • Gentle Nutrition

  • Cooking classes

  • Weight Stigma Awareness for providers

How Sessions Work


The frequency and duration of our work together will be determined by a number of factors including your goals, readiness for change, existing support systems, and your current relationship with food. I encourage and welcome ongoing collaboration as long as you continue to find value in our sessions!

Initial Session

Together we will explore your history with food, body image concerns, medical and mental health history, sleep patterns, physical activity, stress levels, and more. We will identify areas you would like to focus on in our work together and come up with a big picture plan. This is also an opportunity for us to get to know each other. My number one goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental and supportive space for you to explore your relationship with food and your body.

60-75 minutes

After purchasing an initial consultation, you may purchase one of the follow up session packages. Once you have completed a follow-up package you may renew, change to a different package, or move to scheduling individual sessions.

Follow-Up Session

I will introduce tools and strategies to help you move towards your goals, working through barriers and challenging experiences, and celebrating wins! What we work on will depend on your needs. Some common topics covered include learning flexible meal planning tools, how to respond to hunger and fullness cues, unlearning diet rules and other unhelpful beliefs, developing coping strategies, body image counseling and gentle nutrition support for health concerns.
